At Fountain Echo, we’re committed to providing a seamless and transparent shipping experience, from the moment you place your order to the safe arrival of your product. Please review the following details to understand how we handle shipping, delivery, and related logistics.

Placing an Order

Our ordering process is simple:

1. Select your desired product(s) and click Add to Cart.

2. Proceed to Checkout and provide a residential or business address (we do not deliver to PO Boxes).

3. Enter your payment details and complete your order.

4. You will receive:

An Order Confirmation Email instantly after placing the order.

A Shipping Confirmation Email (with tracking details) once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the payment pre-authorisation and contact you via email or phone to explore alternative options.

Some items may be custom-built or made-to-order and require extra lead time. Check the product’s “Description” tab for specific dispatch timelines.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates depend on your location and product type:

Metro Areas (Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney): 2–5 business days

Regional NSW, QLD, SA, VIC & other major cities: 3–8 business days

Remote Locations (NT, TAS, WA, QLD remote): 7–12 business days

WA/TAS general deliveries: Allow an extra 2 days

Solar-powered products: Additional 4–7 business days

Shipping Costs

  Shipping rates are displayed during checkout.

We offer subsidised rates across our range of fountains and ornaments.

If shipping appears unusually high, contact us and we’ll look into it.

For large/heavy items, we recommend choosing the Nearest Depot Pickup option at checkout to reduce delivery costs—especially useful for remote areas.

Multiple Items in One Order

To reduce shipping costs and improve efficiency, products may ship directly from our suppliers’ warehouses. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Large & Heavy Items (40kg+)

Items weighing 40kg or more are delivered on pallets. Please read the important delivery conditions below:

Delivered to the front of your premises or nearest accessible point.

A flat surface is required for pallet movement. Obstructed paths, steps, or narrow entries may force drivers to leave the pallet at the nature strip or driveway.

Your gate should be at least 1.4m wide to accommodate pallet entry.

Couriers cannot move items beyond the front area or inside your home due to OH&S policies.

Please make arrangements in advance for moving and installing large items.

Delivery Hours & Tracking

Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.

Due to courier network constraints, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

You will receive a tracking ID so you can monitor your delivery status.

If You’re Not Home at Delivery

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will:

Leave a card with instructions for collection at the nearest depot, or

Follow Authority to Leave (ATL) instructions if provided at checkout.

⚠️ Please note: If you select ATL, Fountain Echo cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items after delivery.

Delivery to Australian Islands

We do not deliver to certain Australian islands. Where delivery is possible, an air freight surcharge may apply. Please contact us to confirm delivery options and fees for your location.

Damaged or Faulty Orders

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged:

1. Take clear photographs of the packaging and damaged items.

2. Email the photos and a brief description to support@fountainecho.com.au within 5 calendar days of delivery.

Once we receive the required information:

We’ll liaise with our suppliers to resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged or faulty items will be replaced at no cost to you.
